Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly creative and results-driven Creative Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive the development of performance-oriented ad creatives and support broader content initiatives across social platforms.

Roughly 80% of your work will focus on ad creative production, and the remaining 20% will include:

Managing brand social media accounts (4–5 posts per week)

Collaborating with bloggers and influencers

Sourcing and negotiating with UGC creators (buying ready-made content or ordering custom videos based on our scripts)

Using AI tools and platforms to improve workflows and content output

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Come up with and test creative concepts — from idea to script

Write briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators

Find UGC actresses, review and approve their content

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team

Conduct competitor research and stay on top of Meta/TikTok trends

Analyze performance (CTR, CPA), draw insights and suggest improvements

Collaborate closely with the marketing team and help scale successful ideas

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in creative production, content strategy, or performance marketing

Understanding of ad platforms like Meta and TikTok

Strong writing and storytelling skills focused on results

Hands-on experience with SMM: planning, posting, and growing social media accounts

Bonus: experience working with UGC creators or influencers

Ability to read performance data and improve creatives accordingly

Good communication and project management skills

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team
