About us: Braavo Growth Ventures (BGV) is an exciting new startup incubated by Braavo Capital, a leading funding partner to some of the world’s most successful subscription apps. Using Braavo’s global reach and network, BGV identifies and partners with the most promising emerging app businesses to help them scale their subscriber base by launching and running end-to-end web acquisition funnels. Our partners reach a new level of revenue and scale with an entire web funnel and UA investment strategy on BGV’s own infrastructure, built by our team of in-house product & UA managers and senior software engineers.

Our goal is simple: get every partner into the top 100 most profitable categories in the subscription app ecosystem.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven innovator to join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Owner. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from their initial conception to successful delivery. With innovation as a core value, you will be instrumental in shaping our web acquisition platform, leading projects such as: crafting internal billing tools and infrastructure, developing no-code tooling for the seamless launch of new web funnels, implementing multivariate testing tools for optimization, and enhancing analytics and reporting, with a specific emphasis on LTV measurement and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Payments/Billing Systems: end-to-end ownership and development of an internal subscription billing system for web acquisition funnels, including features such as chargeback alert and management, fraud detection, token vaulting and gateway/processor optimization, and rebilling.

No-code landing page builder: lead the design and implementation of a no-code builder (internal web app) which allows & UA teams to launch and test new landing pages and funnels, with an aim at implementing GPT for hyperpersonalization and rapid iteration/optimization.

Lifetime Value (LTV) Measurement and Forecasting: Develop and implement strategies to measure and forecast customer Lifetime Value, with a focus on identifying early signals, to enable UA and growth managers to make quicker & more profitable decisions.

Analytics and Reporting: Create new and improve existing analytical dashboards. Get valuable insights into user behavior and system performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects related to consumer (subscriber) acquisition and payments.
  • Solid understanding of payments and/or billing systems, analytics, and reporting, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing such tools. Experience working with data analytics and collaboratively with data analysts.
  • Strong background in measuring and optimizing LTV, with a sharp understanding of the factors influencing customer retention and engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise within the consumer subscription domain, understanding user behavior, and aligning product strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to product development.
