Position overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative professional to grow our brand’s presence across social media through meaningful collaborations with bloggers and influencers. If you know how to find the right creators, build long-term relationships, and launch impactful campaigns — we’re a great match!

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and evaluating relevant influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Negotiating, coordinating partnership terms, and managing all communications.

  • Building and maintaining a pool of influencers for various goals: reach, sales, brand awareness.

  • Overseeing the execution of integrations: scripts, content production, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.

  • Developing an SMM strategy with a strong focus on influencer marketing.

  • Preparing briefs, guidelines, and task assignments for creators.

  • Monitoring brand mentions and working with UGC.

  • Ensuring consistent visual style and tone of voice across platforms.

  • Working with key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPA, ROI.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Tracking trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SMM or influencer marketing.

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and current trends.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

  • Ability to assess influencer performance and audience quality.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
